Thank you for shopping with Us. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase. We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

General Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 7 days from the date the order was received.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories must still be attached or included.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, stains, perfume, makeup marks, or improper handling are not eligible for return or exchange.

Makeup & Cosmetic Products

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened, used, or tested makeup and cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Only unopened and sealed cosmetic items may be eligible for return if found defective or incorrect upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect cosmetic item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Outfits & Clothing

Eligible outfits may be returned or exchanged if they meet the return conditions stated above.

The following items are non-returnable and non-cancelable:

  • Altered or customized outfits
  • Tailored or resized clothing
  • Special-order or made-to-measure items
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective)

Altered Outfit Policy

Once an outfit has been altered, customized, resized, or modified based on customer request, the order becomes final sale.

  • Altered outfits cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or exchanged.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and confirming alteration details before approval.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or prepared for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped or an outfit alteration process has started, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow 5–14 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping fees, rush fees, and alteration charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by our store.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be offered where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Description of the issue

Claims submitted beyond the allowed reporting period may not be accepted.
